I'm a small business IT consultant, and I've used RefurbUPS.com for several years now. I have been pleased with the units that i have gotten from them, and have also gotten a number of RBC replacement battery cartridges for APC UPS s and also a Liebert that one client has. One time for an install in a data center, i needed a weird 20 amp twist-lock plug on the SU3000 RM 2Us that i had installed in the rack, and they gave me these hard to find plugs at no charge- which saved the day, and the client for me!
